Chris - Personal Trainer

Chris Dayman

With over 10 years of experience I've worked with individuals of all fitness levels, from complete beginners looking for guidance to experienced gym-goers looking to build strength and improve performance. My journey started at 18 when I struggled to lift the heavy equipment at work, which pushed me to build strength and resilience. Training not only transformed me physically but also gave me the mental clarity during tough times. Over the years, I've learned the importance of structure and consistency, and I use my experience to help others create sustainable routines for a healthier life.

Hollie - Personal Trainer

Hollie Dayman

I started my journey in health and fitness at 18, motivated by a desire to feel comfortable in my own body after facing challenges with weight during childhood. I qualified as a personal trainer in 2017, where I helped many different women understand their bodies and feel comfortable in a gym environment. Becoming a mum transformed my approach to fitness, teaching me the importance of embracing not just how I look, but also how I perform. I now focus empowering others to find joy in their bodies through adaptable training methods that celebrate every stage of life.
